The Contractor Portal webpage (https://developdallas.dallascityhall.com/) and the IVR system will no longer be used to request inspections. During the downtime from April 25 at 5 p.m. to the morning of May 5th, there will be a temporary online system to schedule available services.

TO SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS

From April 25th at 5:00 p.m. to the morning of May 5th, request inspections in one of the following ways:

Inspection requests submitted before 5:00pm will be scheduled for the next business day. After submitting the online form, you will:

• Receive a confirmation email with the anticipated inspection date
• Receive a follow-up email from the inspector, on the morning of your scheduled inspection, with a time-window.
