DallasGo is the new way to pay your water bill


DallasGo has launched! You can now use DallasGo to pay your Dallas Water Utilities bill and other City of Dallas bills. DallasGo, powered by Paymentus, replaced the previous payment system on March 25, 2024.

 

DallasGo offers a more convenient way to pay your bills. With DallasGo you can view your balance,  set up secure automatic payments, change payment methods or update your account information. The new DallasGo platform is also mobile-friendly, allowing you to make secure payments from a computer, tablet or smartphone. And you can make quick one-time payments using the Guest Pay feature without logging in or creating a profile. 


Here's how to get started with DallasGo:

    • If you were registered  for AutoPay on the previous payment system, you received an email with instructions on activating your DallasGo profile.
    • If you did not receive an email or never used the previous online payment system, you can create a new profile on DallasGo using the "Register Now" link on the Login page. All you will need is the account number and service address as they appear on your paper bill.
    • If you were previously registered for automatic payments and you want to continue using this convenient option, you must re-enroll in AutoPay
